Boot Camp - Variety including plyometrics, strength and high intense cardio (low/high intensity modifications shown) Butt Kick - Lower body sculpt, tone & strength class using body weight, resistance bands and weights (low/high intensity modifications shown) Body-Kick - Total body sculpt, tone & strength class using body weight, resistance bands and weights (low/high intensity modifications shown) Turbo-Kick - Cardiovascular kickboxing inspired by dance, tae kwan do, boxing, tai chi and funk, workout creates a party atmosphere (low/high intensity modifications shown) Kardio Kickbox - Incorporates high intensity kickboxing moves that will help increase stamina, coordination & strength Yoga - Stretches & strenghtens the body & calms the mind by combining physical postures with breath work and relaxation
