ReZults Runners - (Summer Class)
Why not take a break from the daily grind with a nice run/walk around our beautiful city with a group of people. Taught by experienced runner Maggie Previts, CPT.


Aerobics Classes offered with your membership:
Cardio Combo - A high intensity interval class great for cross training. Cardio Combo takes your workout to the next level by incorporating plyometric exercises, jump rope, kickboxing moves, sport specific exercises, and a step bench to work your body from head to toe. This class includes a 50 minute cardiovascular workout, and a 10 minute core strength workout.

Boot Camp - Cardio, weight training mixture, stations are set up with cardio in-between with abs at end of workout.

Body Blast - We use light weights and high reps to build lean muscle and keep the heart rate high enough to burn fat at the same time.

Pain in the Butt Class - Training target areas, including the lower body, inner thigh, hips, butt, and of course abs-no cardio.

Cardio Kickboxing - Incorporates high intensity kickboxing moves that will help you increase your stamina, coordination, and strength.

Step Class - Is a faced-paced cardiovascular workout on the bench. It is typically an intense intermediate class though alternate steps are optional to make it more or less advanced.

Yoga - Stretches and strengthens the body and calms the mind by combining physical postures with breath work and relaxation.

Pilates - Total Body Conditioning System that integrats the mind & body to improve precision in muscle control, strength & flexibility.

Body Works - This class will strengthen and tone your muscles. It will work on your upper and lower body as well as your core. It is an overall toning session.

Body Sculpting - total body workout using free weights, we train every body part, including abs.


Our Champion Workout:
The "Champion Workout" is a high-energy full-body fat blasting 1-hour session lead by IFBB Professional and co-owner of Octane Café (www.octanecafe.com) Valerie Waugaman! Designed to be perfectly challenging for all fitness levels. 25 or more unique exercises that will never make you bored!


The 5 core parts to the Champion Workout:
• Muscle shaping & strength (drive, power, extend, build, strengthen)
• Body conditioning (speed, agility, quickness, reaction, coordination)
• Muscle definition & detail (define, connect, carve, separate, opposite forces)
• Core stability & power (stabilize, generate, exhaust, heat, expel, empower, force)
• Muscle relaxation & elongation (yoga-like cool down stretches)
